السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
اليوم أقدم لكم الشواية من مطبخي و هي من ماركة سيفيرين Severin

هذه الشواية 3 في 1
اولا تستخدم كتوستر
يعني تستخدميها في إعداد ساندويتشات التوست و الحقيقة حتى لو نزلت منها الجبنة ... نوعيتها لا تلتلصق بها بتاتا

ثانيا قطعة الشواء و هي على شكل خطوط
تستخدم في شواء اللحم و الدجاج والسمك الفيليه والجمبري والكاليماري،
حيث أن شرائح اللحم لا تكون غليظة بل يكون سمكها رفيع قليلا
لأنه قوتها لا تستطيع ان تشوي اللحم عندما يكون سميك جدا
أما الدجاج فهي تشويه شرائح و شوائها رائع
بس تبلي الشرائح و يكون من ضمن التتبيلة شوية زيت
و ضعي الشريحة في الشواية

راح تطلع جنان ما شاء الله
و استخدمها ايضا في تسخين الساندويتشات ... لأني أحب لون الخطوط الحمراء على الساندويتش
و يكأنه مشوي شوي
و تستخدم ايضا في شواء الخضروات و يطلع شكل الخضار رائع

ثالثا قطعة الوافل
تستخدم في صنع الوافل
كل ما عليك ان تسكبي خليط الوافل في القطعة و تسكري عليها بعد 5 دقائق تقريبا افتحي عليها و حاولي ان ترفعي الوافل بالشوية
و بعون الله قريبا راح انزل طريقة الحبوبة زوبة في صنع الوافل و راح ارفقه بالموضوع هذا
و كيف استخدمت الآلة هذه للوافل
طريقة تنظيفها سهلة جدا .... ما عليك الا ازالة القطع من الشواية
و غسلها غسل عادي .. و لكن ليس بأداة حادة إنما بالاسفنجة العادية ومسحوق الغسيل
هذا يضمن عدم خدش سطح الشواية
و ان شاء الله عجبتكم الشواية

زهورة الأمورة .... كيف ما قالتلك سجودة الحبوبة ... سعرها الأصلي بـ 55 دينار
اني رديت و قلت بـ 50 دينار
لأنكم عارفين المحلات على طول ينزلو في 5 دينار
يعني شريتها بـ 50 دينار
و لما شريتها ما كانش فيه وكيل رسمي للسيفيرين ... توا فيه وكيل رسمي للماركة هذه
في شارع ميزران جهة نادي الوحدة
راح تلقيه بحدى محل اسمه كعب عالي ... مكتوب عليه اسم سيفيرين و ان شاء الله تلقيها غادي
بالنسبة للمحل للي شريته منه
يوجد في شارع قريب من ابومليانة
يعني انتي جاية من جزيرة القدس و نازلة لأبومشماشة
راح تخلي معرض سيارات على يسارك و مقابله شارع كبير على اليمين
خشي منه
راح تلقي يسارك محلات خضرة و غدائية و صيدلية فوتيهم و فوتي اول شارع على اليسار و ثاني شارع على اليسار
بعده راح تلقي محل اطفال و بحداه محل المواد المنزلية اللي شريت منه
ان شاء الله وضحت النعتة
