السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
اليوم اقدم لكم حبيباتي المطحنة من ماركة بلاك اند ديكر Black & Decker و مطحنة من ماركة مولينكس Moulinex

هذه الآلة رغم صغر حجمها إلا أنها ممتازة في طحن الحبوب و بشكل جيد
استخدمها لطحن حبوب القهوة مع حبوب الهيل
و لطحن المكسرات أو جرشها و ذلك على حسب مدة الطحن
و كذلك لطحن البهارات،
حيث أنني في البيت أحب ان اشتري كل البهارات حبوب ... فأقوم بغسلها و تنظيفها و تجفيفها و تنقيتها من الشوائب ثم أقوم بطحنها في هذه الآلة و من ثم غربلتها من الشوائب
استخدمها ايضا في طحن السكر للحصول على السكر الناعم
استخدمها ايضا حتى في خلط البهارات في بعضها
او المكسرات مع بعضها
يعني ممكن تقومي بوضع خليط من اللوز الأبيض و اللوز الأحمر ( البندق ) و الكاجو و تقومي بطحنهم جميعا
و من خلالها ايضا تستطعين طحن اللوز طحن رائع و استخدامه في عجينة اللوز للحلويات
طريقة تنظيفها سهلة : ما عليك الا غسل الغطاء فقط
بينما الجزء الداخلي و لأنه متصل بالكهرباء و خوفا من ان تصل الماء للدوائر الكهربائية
تأخدي قطعة قماش نظيفة مبلولة نوعا ما و تنظفيها بيها لو انك طحنتي شيء لا يوجد له رائحة قوية
و لكن لو طحنتي مثلا حبوب الفلفل الأسود راح تترك ريحة في المطحنة
استخدمي مع قطعة القماش شوية سبيريتو او اي نوع من الرائحة الخفيفة حتى تتخلصي من رائحة البهار

انا استعملت اكثر من نوعية من ايام حوش بابا بس مؤخرا عندي هومر وحتي هي مش عادية ماشاء الله وفعلا نحس فيها ماكينة مهمة في البيت
