تورتة البرتقال


المقادير


كوب سكر
كوب حليب
كوب زيت
3 كوب دقيق
فانيليا
بشر برتقال
ملعقة صغيرة خميرة بيكنج باودر


ملاحظة : المقادير بدون بيض


للتزيين :- سكر + شرائح برتقال


الطريقة


اولا :


نأخد مقدار من السكر و نضعة في طاجين الكيك و نضعة على النار


و نحرك الى ان يتحول السكر الى اللون البني (كراميل ) و نرفعه من على النار ....


ثانيا نضع حلقات البرتقال على السكر بكل دائري متراص بجنب بعض و نتركه جانبا كما في الصورة ....

طريقة عمل الكيك :


نخلط السكر و الحليب و الزيت و الدقيق و باقي المقادير مع بعض


ثم نسكب الكيكة على شرائح البرتقال .........


نضع طاجين الكيك في طاجين اخر اكبر منه مسكوب فيه ماء ( حمام مائي )

يوضع في الفرن حتي ينضج ثم نخرجه من الفرن و نقوم بقلبه و هو ساخن

ولكن هذه تتميز بوجود البيض
وهي تصلح لمن لديهم حساسية من البيض
وفي اشخاص مايحبوش رائحة البيض في الحلويات

اكيد انا واثقة من وصفاتي :D
لاني ما نحطش اي وصفة في هذا الموقع كان ما جربتهاش بنفسي :cool:
وبالذات هذه التورتة انا مجربتها اكثر من 20 مرة ;) وجدا واثقة من طعمها وشكلها :rolleyes:
ولاني منزلتها من قبل في النت واغلب البنات تقول انها مجربتها ودايرتها
ولكن كل الطرق في النت فيها دحي الا هذه الطريقة مافيهاش بيض
وهذا علاش رديت على الاخت عشان تتأكد هل هي نفس الطريقة او لا ..
ومشكورة مرة ثانية عالمرور والرد الجميل

هي تختلف قليلا عن الكيك العادي من ناحية الشكل والطعم
في الطعم يختلف لانه ستكون نكهة البرتقال والكراميل واضحة فيها
