السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

في بعض الاحيان عندما نذهب الى السوق ونقوم بشراء علبة من جبنة الشرائح
لاجل وضعها على البيتزا او احد انواع الموالح ..
نتفاجأ بان هذا الجبن الذي اشتريناه لايذوب على البيتزا ويظل شكله كما هو ...

اليوم اقدم لكن نصيحة تساعد على ذوبان الجبن حتى وان كان من النوع الذي لا يسيل ويسيح على المخبوزات في الفرن ..

الا وهي .......

نقوم بوضع جبنة الشرائح في صحن به كوب من الحليب ..
نقوم بنقع الجبن في الحليب لمدة 3 دقائق ..
ثم نضع الجبن على المخبوزات التي ستدخل في الفرن ...
وبهذا ستلاحظين ان الجبن قد ذاب وسال على المخبوز فعلا ..

حتى انا نفضلها لسهولة ذوبانها ولكن بعد هذه الطريقة قعد ماعنديش مشكلة مع الجبنة

لأن فيه أنواع من الجبن ما دوبش ويصبح شكلها مش حلو على الطبق
