طاجين الريش في الفرن (العلوش)

اعدادها بسيط جدا وسهل وسريع ايضا
كذلك يصلح هذا الطبخ لمن هم متبعي نظام الريجيم

المقادير
الكمية على حسب عدد الاشخاص
كمية من لحم ريش الخروف (اللي هي الضلوع بالليبي)
بصل مقطع الى جوانح
زيت الزيتون
ملعقة صغيرة من الحرارات
ملعقة صغيرة ملح .
ملعقة صغيرة فلفل اسود .


الطريقة

نحضر ضلوع الخروف ونقوم بقطعها اصابع او اصبعين على حسب الرغبة

نضع الريش في طاجين الشوي

ونضع عليها جميع المكونات ونضيف كوب من الماء

ونضع الطاجين في الفرن المشغل مسبقا
حتى تنضج الريش تماما وتتحمر
تقدم بجانبها السلطة .
