الشيش طاووق

الشيش طاووق طبق اصله من تركيا فالشيش تعني السيخ وطاووق هو الدجاج
واليوم سأقوم بتقديمه لكم بطريقة بسيطة وسهلة وشهية وصحية ايضا ...

الطريقة والمقادير معا ...

نحضر صدور دجاج مخلية من العظم

نقوم بتقطيعها الى مكعبات متوسطة الحجم

نضع قطع الدجاج في صحن عميق
ونقوم باضافة كيس من التوابل الجاهزة في السوق
المخصصة لشيش طاووق
وهناك في ليبيا نوع وهو من افصل الانواع اللي هو ..
سبايسي وبعدها تليه توابل عويشة وهي من جيدة ايضا
نقوم باستخدام هذه التوابل لاجل السرعة و لاجل النكهة ايضا..

نقوم بتغطية الصحن ووضعه في الثلاجة لمدة لاتقل عن 6 ساعات
ويفضل ان تقومي بتجهيزه في الليل ووضعه في الثلاجة لمدة ليلة كاملة ...

قبل التحضير لشيش طاووق بحوالي الساعة
ننقع الاعواد الخشبية في الماء
وذلك حتى لا تحترق اثناء الشوي .

نقوم بتجهيز الخضار التي سنضعها مع الدجاج في السيخ
وافضل ما يتناسب مع الدجاج في السيخ هو البصل والطماطم والفلفل
نقوم بتقطيعهم الى مكعبات كبيرة الحجم

بعدها نبدأ بشك الدجاج في الاعواد الخشبية ونوزع بين قطع الدجاج حبات البصل والفلفل والطماطم .

تشوى الاسياخ إما على الفحم أو تصف الاسياخ الخشبية في طاجين وتوضع في الفرن إلى حين النضوج التام للدجاج ( انا قمت بشوي السيخ على الفحم) ولا ننسى تقليب الاسياخ بين الفترة والأخرى

في صحن التقديم نضع اوراق الخس ونضع عليه اسياخ الشيش طاووق
