كيكة البرتقال

المقادير:

- اربع بيضات.
- كوبين سكر .
- كوب عصير برتقال .
- نصف كوب زيت .
- كوبين ونصف دقيق .
- ملعقة طعام برش برتقالة .
ملعقة صغيرة برش ليمون .
-ملعقتين صغيرتين بكنج باودر .
-نصف ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا .

الطريقة

يدهن قالب كيك دائري بقليل من الزيت ويرش فوقه الدقيق .
يشغل الفرن على درجة 180 درجة

في وعاء الخفق نضع البيض

ونخفق حتى يتغير لون البيض قليلا

نضيف له السكر تدريجيا مع متابعة الخفق

ثم الزيت

ومن ثم عصير البرتقال مع استمرار الخفق .

ومن ثم نقوم باضافة برش البرتقال والليمون وباقي المقادير

نضيف الى الخليط الدقيق والبيكنج باودر ونستمر في الخلط الى ان تتجانس المكونات مع بعض

نصب الخليط في القالب وندخله الفرن

ويترك في الفرن حتى ندخل فيه عود خشبي ويخرج نظيف .

بعد مرور حوالي خمس دقائق يقلب القالب ويترك حتى يبرد .

طبعا النقاط البيضاء الظاهرة في الكيك هي بشر البرتقال والليمون


ثم بعد ان يبرد الكيك تقومين بتزيينه وهناك طريقتين ..
اما ان تقومي بتزيينه بصوص الشكولاتة كما فعلت انا ..
او ان تقومي بتزيين الكيك بالسكر الناعم المطحون ..
