السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته

جبتلكم اليوم ان شاء الله سويسرول الدجاج بالمفروم ....

المهم نحتاجوا لحم دجاج مفروم ومغسول
وبعدين تبشري عليه راس بصل وثومه
وتحطي عليه توابل أى توابل انتى تحبيها
وتخلوهم حاجه ساعه ممكن

ونجهزوا على غير طريق لحم مفروم مع شويه بصل مقرض صغير
تحطيهم على النار وتحطيلهم شويه ملح وفلفل اسود وحرارت ونخلوهم لين
يمصوا الميه وينشفوا

وبعدين ناخدوا سلفر نفرشوه على الطاوله اللي عندك وندهنوا بشويه زيت ونفردوا عليه شويه
من خليط الدجاج الاول اللي درناه ونساووه باليد
المهم بعد ماطرحتوا طبقه الدجاج نفرشوها بخليط اللحم المفروم

عادى كان تبى تحطى أى حاجه تانى تقدرى متل بزلاء وجزر أى شى تبى تضيفيه ضيفى

المهم بعدين نلف السويسرول بحيت نجبدوا السلفر ونتنوا الخليط للداخل وكل مانلف نجبدوا السلفر

معليشى صورة الخطوه هادى امتسحت المهم ....
بعد ماتمت اللفه نسكروا عليها بالسلفر نفسه ونحطوها في كسكاس فوق البخار وطبعا لازم تغطوا الكسكاس
وخلوه ممكن نصف ساعه الى ساعه الا ربع بالكثير
بعدها تنزلوه من الكسكاس

وتفتحوا عليه
تاخدو طاوة فيها شويه زيت سخنوه وبعدين حطوا فيه السويسرول حمروه شويه من جميع الجهات

وبعدين قصوه شرائح بالعرض طبعا
