كيكة الزبدة

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

هذا الكيك يقدم مع القهوة والشاي
وهو بمكونات بسيطة ومن اسهل الطرق
ونتائجها ممتازة ان شاء الله من حيث الطعم والشكل


المقادير :-

- بيضتين .
- ثلاث ارباع الكوب زبدة بحرارة الغرفة .
- كوب سكر بحبيبات ناعمة .
- كوب وثلاثة ارباع كوب دقيق .
-نصف كوب حليب سائل .
- نصف ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا .
- ملعقتين صغيرتين بكنغ باودر .
- رشة ملح .


الطريقة
نمزج الدقيق والبيكنج باودر مع بعضها البعض
وننخلها ثلاث مرات ونضعها جانبا الى حين استعمالها .

نخفق الزبدة ونضيف لها السكر تدريجيا
حتى نحصل على كريمة خفيففة .

في صحن صغير جانبي نضع البيض
ونضيف له نقطتين من الخل ونخفقه قليلا بالشوكة .

ويضاف البيض الى مزيج الزبدة ويتابع الخفق .

ومن ثم تضاف الفانيلا .

نبدأ باضافة دفعات من الدقيق المنخول
متناوبة مع الحليب
أي مرة من هذا ومرة من هذا
مع الاستمرار بالخفق حتى تمتزج المكونات جيدا .

يسكب المزيج في قالب الكيك

ونضعه في الفرن لمدة 30 دقيقة تقريبا
او الى حين غرس عود خشبي فيه حتى يخرج نظيفا .

ننتظر حوالي خمس دقائق قبل ان نقلب الكيك .
