السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

كعك المحلب

كعك لذيذ وطعمه مختلف وجديد

سهل بسيط وسريع جدا
وما احلى ان تقدميه مع كوب حليب ساخن
او كوب شاي ساخن

المقادير

- 3 اكواب ونصف دقيق
- ربع كوب زبدة سائحة .
- نصف كوب زيت .
- علبة قشطة سادة.
ملعقة كبيرة زبدة فول السوداني بحرارة الغرفة .
واللي هي تلقوها في السوق بجنب علب شكولاتة نوتلا
- ثلاث ارباع كوب سكر ناعم .
- حبة البركة .
- ملعقة صغيرة بكنج باودر .
-اربع ملاعق كبيرة ماء .
- ملعقة طعام محلب ناعم .
وتجدوه عند العطارين

الطريقة

في وعاء العجن نغربل الدقيق ..

نعمل فجوة في المنتصف وتوضع فيها كافة المقادير السابقة .

نعجن حتى تتماسك العجينة وتصبح طرية .

ثم نعملها على شكل كرات صغيرة .

نشكل من الكرات اشكال مختلفة
مجدولة مدورة وطويلة وعلى شكل الكعك المدور
وعلى شكل حلزون وشكل مقص و اي شكل تحبين

ونضعها في طاجين الفرن بعد دهنها بالقليل من الزيت.

ندهن وجه الكعك البيضة ومن ثم نرش الجلجلان .

ندخلها الى فرن مشغل مسبقا على درجة 180
وعلى الرف الاوسط حتى يبدأ الكعك بالاشقرار من الاسفل
نحمر من الاعلى ..
نخرج الكعك ويترك حتى يبرد .

فعلا هو هش يا زهرية والمحلب مش حيأثر على هشاشة
و هو قريب من الكعك الحلو
المحلب انا ايضا كنت نبي نلغيه
لخوفي من رائحته ونكهه في الكعك
ولكن قررت انجربه ... تجربة جديدة
ضروري الواحد يجرب ويتذوق قبل مايحكم من المقادير فقط
انتي اشري منه شوية 100 جرام كفاية
واستخدميه ومش حتكون ريحته قوية
وبعدين لو لغيتي المحلب حيقعد كعك عادي ومش حيميزه شئ
عن تجربتي
كل من تذوقه اعجبه الطعم
وفي اشخاص من اقربائي يوم درت الكعك
قولتلهم : اليوم درت كعك المحلب
يردوا عليا .. يعععععع
وبعدين في اليوم الثاني نقدمه لهم ..
يقولوا ليا : ماشاء الله كعك حلو وهش .. شنو مقاديره ؟
نرد عليهم المحلب .. فيتفاجؤ ويستغربو
ويردو سبحان الله

حبيباتي
اللي ماتعرف المحلب شنو هو ؟
معروف في ليبيا باسم المحلب
وتعرفه نساء المنطقة الغربية اكثر من المنطقة الشرقية
اقصد النساء في الماضي وليس الان
وزمان يعني زمان ايام جداتنا
كانوا يستخدموا فيه البناويت في شعرهن
وكان ايخليه ماشاء الله لاقوة الا بالله
وكذلك يستخدم لطفل الرضيع
بغليه في الماء وخلطه مع السكر او العسل
وكذلك كان يستخدم في شئ وهو كعطر لجداتنا
حيث كان يعجن مع اشياء اخرى
ومن ثم يشكل على شكل مثلثات
وبعدها توضع هذه المثلثات في خيط
وتلبس في العنق (يعني سلسلة)
وصورته قاعدة عندكن فوق
