لكل منا وصفته وطريقته الخاصة في اعداد اي طبق ولو بلمسة بسيطة
وهذه طريقتي مع بعض الأفكار لطبق بسيط الا وهو ( السلطة المشوية)

4 طماطم
حبة باذنجان
4 رؤوس فلفل حار
3-4 فصوص ثوم
زيت زيتون


التتبيلة:
ملعقة كبيرة خل
ملعقة كبيرة ليمون
ملعقة صغيرة كسبر يابس مطحون
ملعقة صغيرة كروية يابسة مطحونة
ملعقة صغيرة تابل تونسي
ملح حسب الرغبة

تقطع الخضار المغسولة والنظيفة الى مكعبات كبيرة
ونسكب حوالي ملعقتين كبيرة من الزيت في طنجرة ثم نكسب عليها الخضار ونترك الخضار حتى تذبل

ناخذ الخضرة و نفرمها بالفرامة الكهربائية (انا عن نفسي نفرم فيها بالست البيت هومر) ونحط التتبيلة ونردها للطنجرة



[U]فكرة:
وبعدين تاخذي طرف سلفر وتحطيه فوق السلطة وتحطي فوق السلفر فحمة مولعة وتغمي السلطة بغطاء الطنجرة ( تعطيها طعم الشواء)


فكرة:
ممكن تطييب السلطة بالفرن او بالشواية الكهربائية او ماكينة البيتزا


فكرة:
من الممكن تخزين السلطة في حافظة بلاستي بالفريزر لمدة 6 اشهر( بدون تتبيلها)
او تخزينها بفازو بالثلاجة لمدة 10 ايام تقريبا ( بتتبيلها والخل يساعد في المحافظة عليها)
