السلام عليكم

سلاطتي اليوم هي من ابتكاري حيث اني احب تناول الزبادي الطبيعي لذلك انوع في استعماله خلال الوجبات .
مكونات سلاطتي لليوم هي : مشروم مفروم صغير ،
زبادي طبيعي ،
كسبر مفروم ناعم ،
بقدونس مفروم ناعم ،
فص ثوم مفروم ناعم جدا ،
زيتون اسود شرائح ويفضل النوع الغير مملح .
الطريقة :نخلط كل المكونات ونقدم السلطة ونزين بنعناع الجاف .
