حلى الشمعة البارد

يعنى من غير فرن

كمية من الكاكاوية(فول سودانى)
كمية من الشراب (عسل) للعجن
نخلطهم مع بعض (عجن)ونتركهم ليلة كامله حتى تتشرب الكاكاوية كمية العسل
وتصبح سهلة التشكيل


نشكلهم اصابع متوسطة ومع الصور القادمة يوضح الشكل


ثم نجهز شوكولاتة سوداء وعلى جمام مائى
وتقدرى تستعملى البيضاء ممكن افضل حتى فى المظهر
بس ماكانت عندى وفرصة لانى مانحبها

ثمنضع فيها الاصابع التى شكلناها






وبعد ذلك نضعها مباشرة فى لوز مهروش

الى ان ننهى كامل المقدار حتى لو وضعناها فوق بعضها ماتخفى ماتلتصق بسبب اللوز
ونتركها تجف حوالى الساعة ويلتصق بها اللوز

ثم نبدا التشكيل ونحاول ان نجعل الاصابع التى شكلناها واقفة وراح يسهل عليك
لانها تمشى معك بسهولة

والهدف من ايقافها تكوين القاعدة بهذا الشكل حتى تكون الشمعة واقفة وماتطيح
وتحاولى تمسكيها من الاعلى وبحركة دائرية تتكونلك القاعدة

وبعد ذلك تغطسى الجزى العلوى فقط فى الشوكلاتة

3} شن نوع الشكولاتة ؟ هل اي نوع نشتريه من المحل مثل سعيد او جالكسي ونسيحه والا في نوع تاني ؟ لاني زمان شريت شكلاتة قوالب بدينار لكن تيبس بسرعة مش عارفة هي ونديرلها اضافات باش تسيح وتعطي لمعة والا في نوع تاني ؟

4} الكمية اللي درتيها قداش الكاكاوية عجنتي كيلو والا اكثر والا اقل ؟

5} اني مدقتهاش قبل هل لين تاكليها تكون مقرمشة ؟
