السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
اليوم أقدم لكم شربة العدس الرائعة
من زمان كانت الوالدة الله يحفظها .... تعملها بشكل عادي ...
يعني تخلي حبوب العدس من غير ما تضربهم بالخلاط
و نشربوها عادي بحبوبها
لكن بعد ما تزوجت ... علمتني عزوزتي ( أم زوجي ) الله يبارك فيها طريقة أخرى ليها و هي ضربها بالخلاط حتى تصبح مثل الكريمة
و إليكم ان شاء الله الطريقة
المقادير:
كمية من العدس على حسب عائلتك ( أنا أستخدم كوب واحد بس من العدس لعائلتي)
ثوم
طماطم أخضر
بصل أخضر
جزر
كسبر أخضر مفروم
ملح
فلفل أكحل
كمون حوت
زيت زيتون
كمية من الماء
الطريقة:
نقوم بتنقية العدس و غسله جيدا و وضعه في الطنجرة و غمره بالماء يعني الماء تكون اعلى من العدس بمقدار 3 اصابع .
و نقوم بتقطيع الطماطم و البصل و الجزر الى قطع و وضعهم مع العدس
و نضع الطنجرة على النار و نتركها حتى ينضج العدس و الخضار

ثم نقوم بوضع محتويات الطنجرة في الخلاط و لو لاحظنا أن كمية الماء ناقصة شوي ...
نقدر نزيدها ... و هذا حسب رغبتك في قوام الشربة .
و نقوم بضربهم بالخلاط او حتى في ست البيت .
و نأخد نفس الطنجرة و نضع بها الكسبر الأخضر المفروم و الثومة المفرومة و نضع عليها زيت زيتون و نضعهم على النار حتى يدبل الكسبر و الثوم و بمجرد تدبيلهم نقوم بصب الخليط اللي في الخلاط عليهم و خلطهم مع بعض.

و نضعها على النار و نضيف لها الملح و الفلفل الأكحل و كمون الحوت و نتركها حتى تغلي.

و صحة و هنا
ملاحظة : أحيانا أضع الثومة مع العدس واتركها تغلي معهم و عند تدبيل الكسبر لا استخدم ثوم بتاتا .. لأنها موجودة مع العدس و كذلك في بعض من المرات استخدم بطاطس صغيرة الحجم مع العدس و تطلع الشوربة مثل الكريمة ما شاء الله.

ذوبتني

يامشاء الله ياكيتي تسلم ايدياتك سبحان الله اني في حوش بوي نرحي فيها ولما جيت لراجلي يحبها حبوب خخخخ عكسك ولاكن تعرفي اني مرتات نضيفلها في صدور دجاج ونرحي فيها مع العدس تجي تهبل ومرات نضبف حتى في سفناري وطبعا اكيد بطاطا والله يجو يهبلو هي تجي مع اي حاجة حلوة بصراحة ادفي وفاايدة وبروتين
