خواتى الغاليات اليوم ساقدم

سمك محشي بحشوتين حشوة خارجيه وحشوة داخليه


سمك النوع المفضل عندك يملح ويبهر ويعصر عليه ليمون


الحشوة الداخليه : ثوم مدقوق وكزبرة خضرا تدق وتبهر ونضيف زيت زيتون


الحشوة الخارجيه : فلفل بارد ( فليفله ) - بندورة - بصل ( كل هذا يقسم جوانح ويبهر ونضيف زيت الزيتون والليمون )


وللوجه ندهن معجون بندورة ونرش فلفل اسمر


نحضر السمك ونقوم بحشوه بالحشوة الاولى ومن ثم نضعه نضع الحشوة الثانيه


حول السمك وندهن الوجه بالمعجون ونغلفها بالقصدير وبعد نصف ساعه نكشف القصدير ونحمر الوجه
