القهوة العربية


لاتخلو مناسباتنا بحلوها ومرها من فنجان القهوة العربي الدافيئ وخصوصا في هذا الشتاء البارد
وهناك انواع ونكهات مختلفة من القهوة وكل شخص وذوقه


ولهذا اقدم لكن القهوة العربية الليبية من مطبخي


المقادير للقهوة الخفيفة:
لكل فنجان من القهوة 2 ملعقة صغيرة سكر + 1ملعقة صغيرة قهوة


المقادير للقهوة الثقيلة:
لكل فنجان من القهوة 2 ملعقة صغيرة سكر + 2 ملعقة صغيرة قهوة




نضع الماء على النار الى ان يغلي

ثم نضع مقدار السكر

ونضع مقدار القهوة

نعيدها على النار الى ان تغلي (تفور)

ثم تقدم ساخنة بجانب كوب من الماء والحلويات
