اليوم حبيت اشارك في مسابقة السلطة المشوية


نبدا بسم الله


المقادير


طماطم اخضر


فلفل اخضر حار


فلفل رومي


ثوم


ممكن استخدام البصل لكن عائلتي لايفضلونه

والمقادير علي حسب افراد العائلة


الطريقة


يشوي الطماطم والفلفل الحار والرومي والثوم ثم نتخلص من القشرة


ونقوم بوضعها في ست البيت

بعد ان ترحي نضيف الملح والكسبر والكروية والليمون الحامض


ثم نضع عليها زيت الزيتون


ثم وضعت بيضة وزيتون اسود للزينة
