كيكة الجزر



المقادير :
6 بيض (مفصول)
1 كوب سكر ناعم
1 وربع كوب زبدة
3 أكواب دقيق
نصف ملعقة كبيرة Bb
1 ونصف كوب جزر مبشور
4/3 كوب بندق مفروم
1 ملعقة كبيرة قرفة مطحونة
3/1 كوب حليب



الطريقة :
- يخفق بياض البيض في وعاء بواسطة (مضرب كهربائي) مع نصف مقدار سكر ناعم.
- تخفق الزبدة في (وعاء أخر) مع الكمية المتبقية من السكر .
- يضاف صغر البيض تدريجياً لخليط الزبدة مع الاستمرار في الخفق
- يضاف الدقيق والبكينج بودر لخليط الزبدة ويخلط بملعقة خشبية.
- يضاف نصف خليط بياض البيض لخليط الزبدة والدقيق يضاف الجزر والقرفة والبندق والحليب ويقلب الخليط بخفه في اتجاه واحد.
- يجهز الطجين مدهون بالزبدة والدقيق ونضع الكيك .
- تخبز في الفرن لمدة 40 دقيقة أو حتى تنضج الكيكة.
الحشو :
يخفق 2 كوب من جبن الكريمي ويضاف سكر بودرة وقليل من عصير الليمون مع الاستمرار في الخفق .
يضاف لعض القطرات من اللونين الأحمر والأصفر لــ5 ملاعق من خليط الجبنة لنحصل على اللون البرتقالي وبضع قطرات من اللون الأخضر على قليل من الجبن.
- يقطع الكيك وتوضع الكريمة البيضاء على وسط وجوانب الكيك .
ومن الخارج تزين بكريم شانتيه بالكامل وتزين تشكيلة الجزر بكريمة الجبن اللي لونها .
بالنسبة ليا انا عملت كيكتين تجيك أعلى والحشوة اكثر.
