[لحمة مقلبة] من مطبخ ام ماهر

[ام ماهر]

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

خواتى الغاليات هذا الطبق يقدم عندنا فى ايام عيد الاضحى المبارك او لما نذبح ذبيحه طازة

وهى كثير سهله ولذيذة كثير والكل بحبها



المقادير :



لحمه حسب افراد العائله وطبعا انا عملت ما يقارب 4 كيلو فاخذو كوب ماء وبهار وفلفل اسود وملح حسب الرغبه




الطريقه :




تبهر اللحمه ونضع كوب الماء ونضعها على النار ونقلبها ومن ثم نخفف النار على الاخير ونتركها حتى تنضج ممكن تاخذ ساعه ونصف الى ساعتين وطبعا افقديها فى اخر ساعه وحركيها لكى لا تخلص الماء عنها .




تقدم مع البطاطا المقليه والمتبل والحمص
