عجينة باف باستري
لحم هبرة ومقطع مكعبات
مايونيز
ريحان (حبق)
الطريقة


نضع اللحم مع قليل من الخل والزيت علي النار ونضيف ملح وقرفة وفلفل اسود الي ان ينضجنفرد العجينة وتقطع مربعات نضع فيهاللحمه ثم نضع عليها المايونيز ثم نضع ورقة ريحان ونقفل علي هيئة مثلث ونعمل فتحات من اعلي ندهن بالزبدة ونضعه
في الفرن
