كيفم يابنات

اليوم جايبتلكم مبطن ان شاءالله يعجبكم

نبدوا بسم الله
المكونات:

نحتاج للبطاطه والكيمه وخبزه مرحيه وبيض

أولا نبدأ فى تقشير البطاطه كما فى الصوره

بعد مانقشر البطاطه نطيب الكيمه اللى بنحشو بيها المبطن

طبعا الكيمه ناخد اللحم والبصل ونحطهم عالنار

وبعدين نحط الطماطم والملح والفلفل الاحمر والبزار

وانى نحط فى شوية بهارات وفلفل أسود

لما يطيب نحط المعدنوس شويه ونطفى عليه

وتومه

ونحتاج الى بيض وخبزه مرحيه

كما فى الصوره

الكيمه نخلط معاها بيضه وشوية خبزه الصوره توضح

وبعدين ناخد الكيمه ونعبى البطاطه

بعد مانكمل الحشو

نغمس فى البيض تم الخبزه

وبعدين ناخد الطاوه ونحطها عالنار وفيها زيت لين يسخن ونحط المبطن على نار هادئه

محلاها صفرة الغدي هدي :rolleyes:نجي نتغدى عندك نخطم عادي زعمة
بنتها محلاها باين عليها وريحته مفحفحة من غادي والاحلى كان تستفيه في طاجين واديري عليه صالصة منحكيلكش
