[كيكة التفاح بالمكسرات] من مطبخ ام عائشة [الأرشيف]

كيكة التفاح بالمكسرات

تقدم هذه الكيكة مع الشاي او العصير او حتى القهوة
وهو كيك رائع ومميز جدا وغني بالنكهات
وكذلك سريع التحضير

نبدأ على بركة الله

المقادير

- 3 اكواب دقيق
- نصف كوب حليب سائل
- كوب زيت
- 2 كوب سكر عادي
- ملعقة صغيرة قرفة
- ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج باودر
- ملعقة صغيرة كربونات الصودا
- ملعقتين صيرتين فانيلا
- ثلاث بيضات
- نقطتين من الخل الابيض .
- اربع تفاحات حجم وسط
- كوب مكسرات منوعة
(لوز - بندق - كاجو - فستق) .
- نصف كوب زبيب .

الطريقة

اولا نشغل الفرن على حرارة 160 درجة
ويثبت على الرف الاوسط

نحضر قالب مستطيل الشكل( 34ب 22 )
نقوم بدهنه بالزيت ومن ثم رش الدقيق عليه

نقوم باخذ التفاحات وتقشيرها
ومن ثم تقطيعها الى قطع ومربعات صغيرة

نحضر كوب المكسرات ونقوم بوضعها في كيس نايلون
وتكسيرها الى قطع كبيرة
اي تصبح مجروشة

في وعاء الخفق مباشرة نخلت الدقيق
واضفت اليه القرفة والملح والكربونات والبكنغ باودر
نحركهم جيدا حتى يختلطوا مع بعضهم البعض

ومن ثم نضيف السكر ونمزج جيد

ثم نضيف اليهم الزيت

وفي صحن صغير جانبي نخلط بالشوكة الثلاث بيضات
مع نقطتين الخل ونضيفهم الى المزيج

نخفق المكونات بمضرب البيض
الى ان تبدأ بالتماسك

عندما يتماسك الخليط نقوم باضافة الحليب
الى خليط الكيكة ونقوم بالتحريك الجيد

ونستمر بالخلط حتى نلاحظ ان الخليط ارتخى معنا
واصبح لينا قليلا

نشيل مضرب البيض جانبا ونستخدم الملعقة الخشبية
ونضيف باقي المكونات التفاح والزبيب والمكسرات

ونحرك المزيج بملعقة خشبية جيدا
الى ان تمتزج جميع المكونات بشكل جيد

نضع المزيج في قالب الكيك
وندخله الى الفرن وبنفس درجة الحرارة المذكورة

يترك في الفرن حوالي الثلاث ارباع الساعة
او حتى نغرز فيه عود خشبي ويخرج نظيفا

يخرج القالب ويترك لمدة عشر دقائق الى ان يبرد ضروري

ثم يخرج ويرش عليه وهو ساخن السكر الناعم على وجهه

ويجب يترك الى ان يبرد تماما قبل تقطيعه
وتقديمه الى اهلك اوو ضيوفك

تدخل وترد وتقوم بتقييمي اذا عجبتها الكيكة :D
