البطاطا المقلية باللحم والجبنة

هو طبق من الاطباق السريعة ويصلح جدا في وجبة العشاء
ويمكن أيضا أن يقدم على الغذاء فيكون عندها من الاطباق المساعدة
او يكون من الوجبات الخفيفة
ومقاديره متوفرة وسهلة وكذلك طريقة عمله سهلة وخفيفة ...

المقادير

-كيلو بطاطا او على حسب عدد افراد الاسرة
تكون مقشرة ومقطعه الى اصابع طويلة
ويمكنك شراء كيس البطاطا الجاهزة
- نص كيلو اللحم المفروم مرة واحدة
وماينفعش المفروم مرتين اي الناعم جدا..
- بصلة متوسطة الحجم مقطعة إلى قطع صغيرة .
- ملح وحراراة وفلفل احمر
- كمية من جبن الشيدر برتقالي اللون
او جبنة جلف او الحمراء كما نطلق عليها في ليبيا .

الطريقة

نضع الطاجين او الطنجرة على النار ونضع فيها كمية من الزيت

نضيف البصل ويترك حتى يذبل قليلا
ويجب ان لايتغير لون .. انما يذبل فقط

ثم نضيف اللحم المفروم

ونقلب حتى يخرج كامل مائه

وبعد ان يجف من مائه عندها نضيف نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح ورشة فلفل احمر والحرارات

نقلب جيدا حتى ينضج اللحم
و نضعها جانبا ونبقيها دافئة الى حين استعمالها

نقلي البطاطا في كمية من الزيت الوفير
وتترك حتى تنضج وتتحمر

ننشلها من الزيت ونضيف لها الملح ونضعها جانبا

في صحن التقديم
(ويجب ان يكون صالحا لادخاله إلى المايكرويف)
نضع كمية من البطاطا المقلية كطبقة اولى

ثم نضيف كمية اللحم المفروم
بحيث نوزعها على وجه البطاطا

نبشر كمية من جبن الشيدر على اللحم المفروم

ثم نغطي اللحم بكمية اخرى من البطاطا المقلية
بحيث تغطي اللحم كاملا

ونبشر على الوجه جبن الشيدر

ندخل الصحن إلى المايكرويف قليلا
حتى تذوب الجبنة
قرابة الدقيقتين
ويقدم مباشرة
