السلام عليكم
جبتلكم اليوم طريقتي في الفركاسيه وهي بسيطة وخفيفة
بالنسبة لمقادير نفس المقادير العجينه الموجودة في الرابط هدا

وطريقة
نفرد العجينه بنشابه بعد رش المان الي بتفردي فيه بدقيق وبعدين بستخدام القطاعات
الدائرية انشكلها الي عدة دوائر صغير وانغطيها وانخليها شوية ترتاح

وبعدين نقليها بزيت ساخن ويجب الحذر لانها بسرعه ماتتحمر

وبعدين تفتح شوفوها قداش خفيفه

وانحشيها باي حشوة مفضله عندك
انا هنا حشيتها بالبيض الممسلوق ومع مسحة بهريسة ورشريحة خيار وشريحة طماطم
