سلطة مكرونة الربيع
سلطة مكرونة لذيذة جدا وهي صنف فندقي وصنف محلات الوجبات السريعة ايضا كالبيتزا هت وغيرها فمرتادي هذه المطاعم عندما يتذوقوا هذه السلطة سيعرفونها على الفور
المقادير مع الطريقة: سنحتاج الى صنف مكرونة (المعكوفة ) كما في الصورة سنحتاج نصف الكيس اي ما يعادل 250 غ

نسلق المعكرونة وذلك بوضع الطنجرة فيها ماء وعندما تغلي نضع ملعقة كبيرة ملح ورشة زيت نباتي ونسقط المكرونة ونحركها قليلا وبين الفترة والاخرى حتى لا تلتصق ببعضها البعض وسنحتاج الى حبتين من الطماطم ونقوم تقطيعها مربعات صغيرة

سنحتاج الى فلفل حلو متوسطة الحجم و سنقطعها بنفس طريقة الطماطم الى مربعات صغيرة جدا

سنحتاج الى ورقتي خس حجم وسط سنقطعهم الى قطع رفيعة جدا

نحتاج الى قرن فلفل حار ونقطعه الى قطع صغيرة

نضع الطماطم والفلفل والخس في صحن عميق سنحتاج كوب من الذرة المحفوظة السادة

وضعنا كوب الذرة فوق المكونات الاخرى

وسنحتاج الى نصف كوب زيتون مخلي ومقطع شرائح

وسنحتاج الى نوع من انواع اللحوم المرتديلاا (الغير مدخنة ) اما دجاج او بقري
نقطعها الى مربعات صغيرة بنفس طريقة تقطيع باقي الخضار

ونضع اللحم والزيتون فوق باقي المكونات

نضيف المكرونة الى باقي المكونات

ونضع اربع ملاعق طعام كبيرة مايونيز و ملعقة صغيرة خردل وملعقة كبيرة كاتشاب ملعقة صغيرة هريسة

نحرك المكونات مع بعضها البعض حتى تتجانس جيدا

ونضعها في البراد قبل التقديم بساعتين على الاقل
