السلام عليكم







اداتى القديمة والتراثية تسمى (المهراز)

*المهراز اداة تراثية قديمة ولازالت تستخدم الى يومنا هذا فى بعض البيوت
وان كانت فى السابق لايخلو منها اى بيت
فهى تأتى فى المرتبة الثانية لاازلة القشرة عن الحبوب مثل القمح والشعير
التي تستعمل فى الطبخ وعمل الشوربات الزمنية(الهريسة)او (السليقة) او العاشورية كما يسميها البعض
*وتشتغل بطريقة (الدق)وذلك برفع العمود او العصا الطويلة الموجودة معها الى اعلى وانزاله الى الاسفل ويكون الاناء الكبير او المهراز مملؤ بالحبوب عدة مرات متتالية تصل الى عدة ساعات
اذا كانت الكمية كبيرة الى ان تزال القشرة عن الحبوب
* وتستعمل ايضا فى طحن بعض الحبوب مثل القصب والارز
وذلك باضافة كمية قليل جدا من الماءالى القصب وهو فى المهراز وذلك لتلين الحبوب


اما المهااريز الصغيرة لها مهامها ايضا

والفرق بينهم بسيط فالصراحة انا محتفظة بهم للزينة
ووصيت عليهم مخصوص (لكثرة النقش)
فالصغير جدا يستخدم لدق الثوم
اما الوسط يستخدم لدق كمية قليلة من البهارات

هذا قديم جدا جدا امى الان عمرها فى الثمانين وتقول انه منذ ان تزوجت واضنه كان لجدتى من ابى رحمها الله هى و ابى واعرفه منذ ان فتخت عيناى فى هذه الدنيا ونستخدمه فى البيت لطحن اى شىء
يخطر على بالك مرحى مهروش
ولازلت الى الان استخدمه فى اشياء بسيطة مثل القرنفل والمحلب (حفاظا على ست البيت)
وان شاء الله يعجبكم موضوعى


ملاحظة اشتراكى فى المسابقة ليس بهدف الفوز
