[ خبزة الجمر ] من مطبخ ميلا

الســلام عليكـــم


هذه اكلة قديمة جداً عند الليبيبن بس الى حد الان في ناس قاعدة ادير فيها لما تمشي للمزرعة كتغيير للروتين وتعتبر من الاكلات التراثية


وكل ما نمشي للمزرعة نعملها
متكونة من عجينة وصلصة يعني احنا نسميه (دقوق)


العجينة : ماء وملح ودقيق .
الصلصة : نضع في طنجرة كمية زيت على حسب المقدار وطماطم اخضر مقطع وفلفل اخضر وطماطم معجون ونخليه اشوية على النار ثم انضيفله ماء ونخليه على النار اشوية وتضيفله ثوم مفروم .. وفيه من يضيف في تن وزيتون مقطع تعطي طعم اطيب
