نصف كوب حليب

2 اكواب دقيق




ملعقه خميره بيره




نصف ملعقه صغيره بيكن بودر




الحشوه




نحتاج الى الحشو علبه تونا_هريسه او ما يسمى بالشطه_ وجبنه أي نوع اتفضلينه _ زيتون



الطريقه



نضع جميع المقادير فى وعاء وتعجن من تم تترك حتى تتخمر

لتتبيث عود قرنفل وتدهنو وجهها بحليب او البيض وتقدروا ترشو عليها حبة السودء
او السمسم
وادخلوها للفرن حتي تتحمر
وتقدميها وصحتين علي قلبكم
