طريقة عمل البانكيــــــــــــــــك الحاااااااااااااار

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

المقادير:-

بيضة واحدة و 2 كوب حليب و ملعقة سكر ودرة ملح ونص ملعقة خميرة الكيك و2 كوب دقيق

BPخميرة الكيك هي

الحشـــــــــــــــــــــــــوة:-

وهي عبارة عن ثن وزيتون وجبنة قابلة للدهن وهريسة

ملاحظة:-

يمكن حشوة البانكيك باي حشوة اتحبيها زي لحم مفروم, خلطة خضار مثلا بطاطا وجزر ودحي مطبوخ ومايونيز او--------الخ

الطريـــــــــــــــــــــقة:

تخلط كل المقادير جيدا مع بعضها البعض

وينتج لدينا خليط مثل قوام الكيك

او اخف قليلا ثم تغطا وتترك علي جنب

مدة 5 دقائق حتي ترتاح

الان احضري مقلاة تيفال علي شكل دائري

وتوضع علي النار حتي تسخن وندهن المقلاة

بقليل من الزيت بواسطة قطعة قماش

ويصب قليل من الخليط علي حسب حجم

المقلاة حتي تلاحظي ظهور فقاقيع

تقلب علي الجهة الاخري حتي تحمر تم ترفع عن النار

تكرري نفس العملية حتي ينتهي كل الخليط

الان نأخد كل طرف ونضع الحشوة

علي احد الجوانب ونبدأ بعمليةاللف

مثل الرووووووووووول طبعا اني قسمت

القطعة لنصفين لان المقلاة التي عندي

من الحجم المتوسط

ونستمر في حشو البانكيك حتي ننتهي

من كل المقدار وتصف في طاجين الفرن

وحدة تلو الاخرى وتدهن بهريسة او بصلصة

وتزين بالجبن

( كما يمكن دهن وجهها بقليل من الحليب

او بياص البيض وترش بقليل من السمسم )
