مقادير العجينة
4ك دقيق,4م حليب مجفف,1مBB1,م خميرة
3م سكر,كوب وربع ماء دافيء
أقل من ربع الكوب زيت,م زبدة
الحشوة
قرفة مرحية ,سكر بني ناعم (أني درتها بالسكر العادي)
كاكاو
مقدار السكر يكون مضاعف لمقدار القرفة
الكاكاو حسب رغبتك
للتزيين
الصوص الأبيض
2م حليب مجفف,علبة قشطة بوك سادة, ربع كوب سكر
نصف كوب شاي ماء ,فانيليا,(جبنة فيلادفيا 2م حسب الرغبة)
واخلطيهم في الخلاط
الصوص الأسود
أي نوع شكلاتة أنتي تحبيه امتاع فازو وإلا حتى إديريها في الحوش
طريقة العجينة
اعجني كل المقادير مع بعض ماعدا الزبدة خليها على جنب
اسبكيها كويس لين معش تلصق في يدك وأدهني العجينة بالزيت و خليها ترتاح
نص أو ربع ساعة وبعدها أقسميها نصين إفردي كل قسم على
هيئة مستطيل وأدهنيها بالزبدة ورشي عليها الحشو
ولفيها زي السسرول وقطيعها بالموس قطع متساوية
وستفيها في الطاجين زي في الصورة وخليها ترتاح
ساعة ونص وأكتر لو تحبي لانها كلما ترتاح اتجي أحلي منظرها

وهكي غطيه وخليه يرتاح وبعدها دخليه للكوشة

وهكي يكون طاب بعدها طلعيه
وحطيه في صحن التقديم وهو ساخن وزينه زي ماتحبي
يؤكل ساخن أحلي
