اليوم جبيت نشاركم بعمل الصفايح علي طريقتي واللي اثمن ان تنال اعجاب الجميع

بسم الله قبل كل شي

مقـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــادير العجينة

كوب ماء دافي , ملعقة كبيرة خميرة الخبز(بيرة) , ملعقة صغيرة سكر , ونص ملعقة صغيرة ملح , ودقيق .

مقادير الحشوة

نص كيلو لحم مفروم ,3 حبات بصل مقطعة صغيرة جدا اومبشورة خشن , فلفل اخضر حار
حسب الرغبة, فص ثوم مبشور ناعم , 5ملاعق زيت , ملعقة ونصف معجون الطماطم , بيضة لو لزم
الامر ,وبهارات(فلفل اكحل , كركم , فلفل احمر , ملح ).

الطريقه

نضع الماء الدافي والخميرة والسكر ونخلطهم مزبوط وبعدين انضيف الملح

والدقيق ونبدا بالعجن ولازم اتكون العجينة مش رطبة يعني ثقيلة.

ونغطيها بنايلون ونتركها حتي يتضاعف حجمها

خلال هدا الوقت نقوم بطهي الحشوة او الخليط ودلك بوضع قدر علي النار ونسكب به الزيت
ونضع المفروم والبصل والثوم والبهارات ونستمر في التقليب تم نضيف معجون الطماطم
والفلفل الاخضر ونقلب حتي ينضج الخليط ونتركه حتي يبرد

وبعد ما اختمرت العجينة ناخد قطعة ونفردها بالنشابة علي سطح مدهون بالزيت
و بواسطة اي قطعة دائرية نبدأ في عملية القص

في هده الاثناء انكون قد وضعت مقلاة علي النار وناخد قطع العجينة ونبدا بوضعهم

في المقلاة حتي تحمر من تحت نقلبهم الي الجهة الاخرة

وعندما تنضج العجينة نقوم بوضعة في كيس نايلون حتي تبقى الخبز رطبة
ونستمر في العملية حتي ننتهي من كل العجينة

والان وبعد ما اصبح الخليط دافي نضيف له البيضة ونخلطهم جيدا ويمكن الاستغناء

عنها كما نوهت للامر سابقا نقوم بصف الخبز في طاجين الكوشة ونضع الخليط او

الحشوة عليها وندخلها للفرن مدة بسيطة حتي تتماسك الخبز مع الحشوة

الحشوة وتخرج من الفرن وتصف في وعاء ونحضر قطعة فحم ونشعلها ونضعها في وعاء

به قليل من الزيت في وسط الصفايح ونغلق عليها بأحكام لكي تكتسب نكهة الشواء

(اني ستفتها في ماكينة البيتزا لانها مستوية السطح وتغلق باحكام)

وتقدم مع صحن حمص ولبن اومايونيز واي نوع سلطة خس مشكلة كما يمكن

تزينها بالجبن او قطعة طماطم وهريسة او زيتون شرايح
