[ المكرونة الصالصة السريعة ] من مطبخ امـ ساره

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

هذهطريقتي في اعداد مكرونة الصالصة بسيطة وسريعة وما تاخذ وقت


وزوجي يحبها هلبة واني نحبها لحاجتين

إن بنتها روووووعه وأيضا لأنها سهلة

وسريعة التحضير جداً ما تاخذ وقت




المقادير



صلصة بيتزا معمولة في البيت من عادتي اني نطيب كمية كبيرة ونقسمها وجبات ونحطها بالفريزر

وهذه طريقتي في تحضيرها

مكرونة يبقا بعدد أفراد الأسرة انا استخدمت أكثر ربع كيلو بشوي


فلفل أخضر حلو مقطع مكعبات


زيتون شرائح أخضر أو أسود


جبنة حمراء مبشورة



الطريقة


طبعا نقوم بسلق المكرونة بماء مغلي فيه ملح وزيت ونكثر الزيت شوي حتى ما تلتصق المركونة


ببعضها حوالي 10 دقائق أو ربع ساعة حسب نوع السبيقا



والأحلى تكون ناقصة طياب شوي



ونقوم طبعا بتجهيز صلصة البيتزا


بعد سلق المكرونة نصفيها كويس من الماء ثم نضعها في صينية التقديم


ونوزع عليها الصلصة والجبن وشرائح الزيتون والفلفل الحلو


ثم نضعها شوي بالفرن أو الميكرويف حتى تذوب الجبنة



أو ممكن تخلط المكرونة مع الصلصة في طنجرة على النار وتقلب حتى تخلط جيدا


ويضاف لها الفلفل والزيتون ثم تسكب في صينية التقديم وتوزع عليها الجبنة المبشورة



وتزين حسب الرغبة ممكن اضافة الحبق ( الريحان ) أو بقدونس أو ترك بدون تزيين
