عندى لكم اليوم البيتزا ساندويتش وان شاء الله تحوز رضاكم واعجابكم

المقادير عجينة بيتسا النوع اللى تحبيه
والصلصة والزيتون والفلفل وكل اللى تحبيه


جهزى طاجين يفضل مربع او مستطيل
بعد اختمار العجين حطيها فى الطاجين بشكل حاولى يكون طويل وحتى عشواى عادى
وخليه خمس او عشر دقائق يعنى يدوب قربتى الصلصة والزيتون والجبن او عملتى اى شى خفيف خمس دقائق بس خليها بهذا الشكل

وبعدين لمن ترجعيلها تنفرد معاك بسهولة وبالشكل اللى يريحك الشكل مستطيل او مربع
انا طاجينى كبير وماتصور كله
نفرد العجين ونحط الصلصة ونحط الجبن المبشور

وبعدها نحط الزيتون
واذا حبيتى فلفل رومى شرائح وطماطم شرائح(انا صغارى مايحبوه)
وهاتى التن اصحاب المطاعم يعصرونه ويحولوا الزيت والماء الذى به بالعصر
وبعدين يفتتوته يكون مفتت وتتحكمى فى توزيعه على البيتسا
وملاحظة(الجبن يكون اخر مرحلة علشان تماسك السندويتش)انا عكست لسبب
انى بعض منها اخليها بيتسا عادية

بعد ماتنضج البيتسا نجى للشغل
لازم من الخفة والجبن سخون وسائح
نقص البيتسا مستطيلة بقصاصة البيتسا بسرعة وخفة

انا قصيتها بالطول ولان القص مش واضح وضحتلكم بالملاعق ههههههههههه

ونقوم بقلب احد الاجزاء على الجزء الاخر ان شاء الله فهمتونى
واضغطى بخفة فوق الاجزاء علشان تلصق الجبنة ببعضها(اللى فى الساندويتش)

قسمته على 2 وكل 2 على 3 فتكونت 6 اجزاء نحط واحدة على التانية
