4 بيضات , كمشة معدنوس , راس بصل متوسط , فلفل اخضر , فص ثوم , 5 ملاعق دقيق

ممكن اتزيد ممكن تنقص , ربع ملعقة صغيرة خميرة كيكة ,ربع ملعقة صغيرة

فلفل كحلة , ملح حاجة ربع او اكثر اشوية ملعقة صغيرة



الحشــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــوة



جبنة وزيتون وهريسة وجبنة شرايح وتقدري اتزيدي عليها اشوي ثن او تحشيها

اي حشوة انتي اتحبية زي مفروم وجبنة شرايح او بطاطا مهروسة مع جبنة وهريسة وبهارات

او----------------او بس المهم اتكون امعاهم الجبنة علي خاطر اتشد باهي

زي الكريمات والشكلاطة في السويسرول الحلو.




الطـــــــــــــــــــــــــريقة



اول شي انجيب الخلاط الكهربائي(خلاط الفروبي) وانحط فيه الدحي او البيض

والبصل والثوم والمعدنوس والفلفل والملح والفلفل الاكحل وانشغل الخلاط فترة وبعد

مانلاحظ ان كل الخليط انمزج ودابت كل الخضرا انحط عليه الدقيق اشوي اشوي

ومعاه الخميرة وانخلطهم باهي وايكون الخليط زي الكيكة يعني مش جاري ولا خاتر.




ناخد الطاجين وانحط فيه ورق زبدة وكان مش متوفر عندك تقدري تدهني بشوية

زيت ورشة دقيق واتصبي الخليط وادخليه في الكوشة من تحت وبعد يتحمر

تولعي عليه من فوق وهو يطيب بسرعة خصوصا من فوق

اول ماتطلعية من الكوشة اتحطيه علي فوطة واتلفيه كانه في وسطه الحشوة

وبعدين تفردية مرة تانية واتحطي عليه الجبنة والهريسة والزيتون وقطع من جبنة الشرايح
