امس درت عجينة خفيفة وحلوة وحطيت معهاا ملعقة زعتر وطلعت وااااااااااااو

خلوناا نشوف المقادير

2كوب دقيق متعدد الاستعمالات+بيضة +4/3 كوب ماء دافي +بيضة +م ك خميرة فورية+م ص سكر +رشة ملح+م ص زعتر

انحط كل المقادير الاولى مع بعض ماعدا الزيت ونعجن العجين لمدة 5 دقائق تصير معاك
مثل المستكة

واخر شي انحط ملعقة الزيت ونلفهاا ونحطهاا بمكان دافي الى ان تتخمر

نجهز الحشوة اللي نريدهاا سواء طن او مفروم او بيض وجبنة او جبنة
اي حشوة تحبيهاا انا استعملت الطن والبيض المسلوق والجبن

تشكيل العجين حسب الرغبة

فردت العجين وقطعتة الى 4 مثلثات ويمكن تقطعية الى 8 مثلثات

انحط الحشوة ونلف المثلث من القاعدة الى الراس

بالطريقة هذي

نكمل لف كل المثلثات وندهن العجين بالحليب المكثف او البيض المخفوق ونرشة بالسمسم
ندخلة للفرن على درجة حرارة 250 مدة نصف ساعة او الى ان ينضج
