اليوم حبيت انقدملكم طريقتي في السليلة الحارة او التارت الحار او المالح والدي اثمن ان ينال استحسان الجميع

اول شي بسم الله اول واخر


المقـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــادير


بيضة,


نص كوب ماء ,


نص كوب زبدة بحرارة الغرفة


2 ملعقة جبنة مبشورة(جبنة البيتزا),
5 ملاعق جبنة كريمة(المراعي, فيلادلفيا, كيري-------الخ),


ملعقة نشا,


ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج باودر,


قليل من قطرات الخل,


دقيق من 3 ونص الي 4 اكواب.


الحشــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــوة


تحشي بالمفروم او الثن او الدجاج او الخضروات المشكلة او اي نوع اخر انتي اتحبية.


الطــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــريقة


نقوم بدعك الزبدة مع البيض وقطرات الخل ثم نضيف عليهم الماء ونخلط بشكل جيد الان


نضيف كلا من الجبنة المبشورة والكريمة. ونقوم بعجن المزيج بالدقيق والنشا والبيكنج


باودر. نحصل علي عجينة لا تلتصق باليد.

الان نحضر اوعية او اواني طهي السليلة وناخد مقدار من العجين ويشكل علي هيئة الوعاء

ونقوم بخرم العجينة بواسطة شوكة طعام لكي لا تنتفخ عند ادخالها للفرن وتدخل للفرن


حتي تحمر (تماما مثل نضوج السلة الحلوة) نقوم بقلبها مباشرة عند خروجها من الفرن.

تم تحشي بالطريقة التي تفضلين في الصورة حشيتهم بدجاج وزينته بخليط من الحليب والجبنة


المبشورة ونص حبة زيتون خالي من النواة بحيث تعطي شكل سلة الكراميل الحلوة ولكن بنوع حار
