شمك مشوي في الفرن بصلصة الخردل والاعشاب العطرية

وجبة خفيفة وقليلة السعرات الحراريه

المطلوب

5 فصوص ثوم +م ك كمون حوت+م ك بهارات مشكلة +م ص فلفل اسود +م ص خردل +رشة حبق(ريحان)+رشة نعناع+رشة ملح +عصير ليمونتين

نحط كل المقادير اللي في الاعلى في الخلاط ماعدا النعناع والحبق ونضيف علية نصف كوب ماء
ونخلطهن جيداا

ثم نتبل بيهن السمك ونخلية مدة ساعة
ندهن طاجين الفرن بزيت الزيتون ونحط السمك وندخلة للفرن مدة 15دقيقة على الرف العلوي

بعد ربع ساعة نطلع السمك ونرش عليه الحبق والنعناع وندخلة مرة ثانية للفرن مدة 5 دقائق
