السلام عليكم و رحمة الله

المقفول

يصنع المقفول من النحاس


كما أنه فوهته تكون ضيقة شوية بخلاف القدر اللي تكون فوهته واسعة شوية


و يستخدم المقفول في طهي الأكل

كما يوضع عليه الكسكاس و يربط بقطعة من القماش تكون طويلة و تلف على الجزء اللي ما بين المقفول و الكسكاس


و قطعة القماش هذه نقولولها القفالة

مشكورات يا حبوبات

أم سجا ... حبوبة فيه فرق بين القدر و المقفول .... القدر الفوهة متاعه واسعة باش يسهل التعصيد فيه ... بنما المقفول الفوهة متاعه ضيقة و يستخدموه للتطييب
