دقيق
سميدنا (سبسيال) ارق نوع من السميد
ملح
ماء دافئ
بالنسبة لكمية الدقيق اي كمية ترغبي بها والسميدنا تكون نص كمية الدقيق اواكثر شوية


لفرد اوحل العجينة نحتاج للزبدة والزيت


الطريقة


نخلط الدقيق مع السميدنا والملح ونضيف الماء الدافئ حتي تتكون عجينة متماسكة ورطبة نوعا ما
نسبك العجينة جيدا وتقسم الي كرات ونتركها ترتاح قليلا ليسهل حلها

نقوم بفرد العجينة باليد مع الدهن بالزبدة والزيت

نقوم بطيها او تطبيقها بهذه الطريقة في حاله المسمن

نتركها ترتاح ثم نقوم بفردها باليد

في اثناء تحضيرنا للمسمن اوالملاوي نكون وضعنا الطاوة علي النار يعني لازم تكون سخنة عند وضع المسمن ونرش عليها قليل من الدهن رش فقط

نقوم بلفها مثل الساندوتش بصراحة الاولاد وابوهم كانوا علي نار فمااعطوني فرصة حتي اقدم الطبق بشكل اجمل
