مثلثات او مربعات او دوائر حسب التشكيلة التى ترغبين بها
ومن كثرماندير فيها على شكل مثلث سميتها مثلثات الشوكلاتة

المقادير

3 اكواب كاكاوية(فول سودانى) محمصة تحميص احمر
2 بيض
ملعقة خل
نص ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر
ثلاثة ارباع الكوب سكرناعم
كوب زبد
دقيق حسب العجينة

الطريقة

ضعى الزبد والبيض فى صحن وامزجيهما جيدا ثم ضيفى السكر والكاكاوية واخلطى
ثم البيكنج بودر والدقيق الى ان تتماسك العجين

وهذا المقدار الذى بالصورة هو لمقدارين من العجين

افردى العجين بسمك ربما 3سم يعنى فرد غليظ (مادريهاش رقيقة)
لان الكاكاوية المهروشة يخلى الهواء يخش فى العجينة وتبدا خفيفة بعد النضج
لذا لابد من سماكتها
ثم شكلى القالب
هنى الصور عادية مش باينه غليضة

وعلى نار هادئة جدا ادخليها الفرن
وبعد النضج

حضرى الشوكلاته على حمام مائى وضعى فيها قطع البسكوت الذى نضج

وافرشى نايلون على صفرة وضعى فيها البسكويت المشكلط

ثم جهزى شوكلاته بيضاء وضعيها فى حمام مائى
ولتزين البسكويت اضع الشوكلاته البيضاء فى كيس صغير واثقبه بعود الاسنان
او فتحة صغيرة جدا بالمقص
لتنزل الشوكلا كما بالصورة
