[وصفة منقولة ]الماكرون او الماكغون

الماكرون او ( الماكغون ) حلا مشهور جدا في فرنسا ويعمل بالوان متعدده
اليوم جايبه لكم طريقة مكرون الشوكولالالالالا ...
مما راق لي

المقاادير ::





للمكرون ...
2 كوب سكر بودره -- كوب دقيق اللوز ( almond flour/meal ) -- 3 م ط كاكاو بودره غير محلى -- ربع م ص ملح -- 3 بياض بيض بحرارة الغرفه -- رشة كريم تارتار -- 3 م ط سكر ناعم -- رشة فانيليا ..
للحشووووووة ...
نص كوب شوكولاته ( bittersweet ) مبشوره -- نص كوب كريمه -- 2 م ط زبده غير مملحه






الطريـــــــــــــــــــــقه ::





شعلي الفرن .. حضري صينيه بدهنها بقليل من الزيت .. ثم غطيها بورق الزبده ..
في خلاط الطعام ( ضعي الكاكاو + السكر البودره + دقيق اللوز + الملح ) واخلطيهم .. عدة مرات
صفيهم من خلال مصفاة ( حتى يصير ناعم ) اتركيه جانبا
اخفقي بياض البيض حتى يصبح رغوه مدة دقيقه تقريبا ..
ضيفي كريمة التارتار + الفانيليا .. اخفقي دقيقه وحده على سرعه متوسطه ..
ضيفي السكر الناعم بالتدريج واخفقي حتى يختفي السكر تماما .. ( لا تخفقي كثير )
ضيفي خليط الدقيق بالتدريج على خليط البيض وبملعقه اخلطيه جيدا .. ( متى ماتماسك وقفي الاضافه )

بكيس حلواني ضعي الخليط ثم اعملي دوائر على ورق الزبده ...
دخليه الفرن 7 دقائق ..

في هذه الاثناء حضري الحشووووة ..
ضعي الكريمه على النار اول ماتبدا بالغليان .. ضيفي الكاكاو المبشور .. واخلطي اتركيه دقيقه ..
ضيفي الزبده ابعديها عن النار .. برديها ثم ضعيها في البراد 30 دقيقه ..
بعد مايستوي المكرون .. خليه يبرد بعدين خذي مقدار من الحشوه وضعيه على حبة مكرون ثم الصقي قطعه ثانيه من المكرون .. بهذا الشكل
