السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

المقادير

2 كوب شعير
م ك زيت زيتون
قطع دجاج حسب عدد افراد الاسرة
2_3 حبة بصل ك مقطع جوانح
ربع كوب حمص
2 عود بصل اخضر
حبة بطاطا
حبة كوسا
حبة بادنجان2 حبة قرع عسلي
ربع كوب فول اخضر
2 حبة من الجزر
2 حبة كرنب(زهرة) مسلوقه في الماء
قرن فلفل اخضر
1 ونصف م ك طماطم معجون
1 ونصف م ص فلفل احمر بودره
ربع م ص كركم
ملح حسب الرغبة


الطريقة


توضع ملعقة الزيت باالحلة ويضاف لها البص مع كمية الملح المطلوبه وذلك حتي لايحترق البصل لان كمية الزيت قليلة
تضاف قطع اللحمة ويقلب جيدا وتترك قليلا
يضاق الحمص والفول ويقلب
يضاف الطماطم والفلفل والكركم ويقلب جيدا
يضاف حوالي لتر ماء ويترك ليغلي
تضاف قطع البطاطا والجزر ويترك ليغلي فترة
تضاف كمية مناسبة من الماء و الكوسا والبادنجان والقرع العسلي والبصل الاخضر ويترك حتي ينضج ثم تضاف قطع الزهرة المسلوقة وقرن فلفل اخضر ويترك قليلا ثم يرفع من علي النار
يغسل الشعير جيدا وينقع في ماء وملح ورشة زيت لمدة ربع ساعة ويطبخ علي البخار وطبعا كل الليبيات تعرف الطريقة ويرش بقليل من الماء وهو علي النار
يسكب قليل من المرق علي حبوب الشعير بعد النضج ويبثبت او يحبب بالليبي
توزع قطع الخضار واللحم ثم يسكب قليل من المرق ويرش عليه قليل من البهار ويقدم

سلم ايدياتك اختي المستعنة شكل الطبق حلو

لكن الصورة متغيرة ممكن اسمها مشابه للصورة الاصلية

حوش عزوزتي تقوله المتلوت اما بالدشيشة او البرغل والاكتر بالدشيشة حلوة وصحية وااتدفييييييييييييييييييي
في الشتي ولاكن قولولي شن الصورة الي حاطتيها شكلها زي الوافل قلت شورى بدو يديرو فيها بالماكينة التوست خخخخخخخخخخخخخخخ
