كيكتى واكثر مواضيعى حصرية للمطبخ الليبى


المقادير لطبقة الكيك
6 صفار بيض
كوب زيت
كوب حليب
كوب سكر
2كوب دقيق(تنقص منها 3ملاعق فى حال استخدام الكاكاو
3ملاعق كاكاو(حسب رغبتك باللون)ويمكن الاستغناء عنها
زرف بيكنج بودر
فانليا+ملعقة خل


الطبقة العليا
بياض 6 بيضات
فانليا
ملعقة كبيرة خل
كوب سكر
رشة ملح

الطريقة
لعمل الكيك بعد ان فصلنا الصفار عن البياض
نأخد الصفار ويضرب مع السكر والفانليا الى ان يبيض

ثم نضيف الزيت ونضرب و ونضرب الحليب ولاننسى ملعقة الخل

ثم نضيف الكاكاو ونضيف الدقيق وقبيل انتهاء الدقيق نضيف البيكنج بودر
وتجهز الطبقة الاولى
ندهن الطاجين بالزيت ونرش الدقيق
ونصب فيه خليط الكيك

وندخلها الفرن على نارهادئة وعندما تنضج نفتح النار من الاعلى


وفى اثناء نضج الكيك
نجهز الطبقة التانية
6بياض وكوب سكر
ملاحظة اثناء خفق البيض يوضع السكر على مراحل(فى البداية رشة الملح مع البياض ويخفق ثم قليل من السكر ويخفق وهكذا الى ان ننهى السكر ولاتنسى الخل والفانليا
حتى يثكاثف البيض
لانه فى حال وضعتى السكر دفعة واحدة سيكون البيض رخو وغير مثكاثف

بعد نضج الكيك نخرجها من الفرن ونوزع عليها البياض بسرعة ونعيدها الى الفرن من الاعلى على اقل نار هادئة وجعلى الرف الموجودة عليه الكيك فى اخر درجة سفلى

الى ان يحمر وينضج وعلامة نضجه عند لمسه باصبعك لايترك اثرا
واخرجيه من الفرن وزينه بالشوكلاته عشوائى او حسب رغبتك
ولاتقصية الى ان يبرد تماما
