اخواتي اقدم لكم اليوم طاجين السانيه وهدي الاكله
من تونس الشقيقة
واقدم هذا الطبق مع تحية حب للغاليه shntal
بنت عمي الغاليه ونقوللها استاحشتكم ياسر وستاحشت اكلاتكم الحلوه :)
المهم منطولش عليكم نبدا بالمكونات
نص كيلو لكم مفروم
راس بصل كبير
شويه معدنوس
3حبات خرشوف 3حبات كوسه 3حبات طماطم 3حبات باقنجال {بادنجان}
2حبه بطاطا وفلفل اخضر حسب الرغبه ونص كوب بازيلياء
اول حاجه نغسل الخضره ونفرغها ونحطها في اميه وملح ونخليها جاهزه للحشي

ونجهز الحشو نخلط الحم المفروم مع البصل المفروم والمعدنوس المقطع ناعم
ونضيف البهارات والملح والكركم والفلفل الكحل
ونحشي الخضره ونبدا في تسكير الخضره بالدحي والدقيق بيش الحشوه متطلعش
يعني ناخد طرف المحشي ونغمسه في الدحي بعدين الدقيق ونعمسه في الدحي مره ثانيه
ونقليه في الزيت لغاية ما نخلص الكميه كلها

ونجهز المرقه نحط الطنجره علي النار ونصب ملعقه زيت وشويه بصل
ولغاية ما يدبل ونضيف عليه 2 ملعقه طماطم حكه ونقلبهم شويه ونحط عليهم قلب الطماطم الاخضر الي فرغتها وقلبهم شويه ونضيف عليه الميه وحبات البازيلياء
وقرن الفلفل الاخضروالبهارات ونخليهم يغلو عشر دقايق وفي هذا الوقت انستف الخضره المحشيه في الطاجين ونصب عليهم المرقه ونغطي الطاجين بالسلفر ودخله الكوشه لمدة ساعه
ونقدمه مع الخبزه او الرز الابيض وتاكلو بالهناء
