بما ان الجو اليوم بااااااااااارد جدا والامطار تتساقط قمت بطهي رشتة البرمة , وهي اكلة ليبية تراثية تقدم شتاء وربيعا ويمكن تحضيرها بالقديد اي القرقوش او بدونه .

المكونات كلها عينك ميزانك وعلى حسب رغبة عائلتك :
حمص ،
فول اخضر او مدشوش انا استخدمت المدشوش،
عدس احمر وعدس بني ،
حبات بطاطس مقطعة مكعبات متوسطة الحجم ،
حبات جزر مقطعة قطع متوسطة الحجم ،
حبات بازيليا طازجة او مجمدة انا استخدمت المجمدة ،
قرقوش اي قديد
عصبان يابس اي عصبان الشمس
ملاعق معجون طماطم
قليل من دهن القديد
شبت وبقدونس مفرومين ناعم لتقديم
كسبر وكراوية مطحونيين
فلفل احمر وبزار
واذا وجد شوية لوسا
ماء ساخن
رشتة
بصل مقطع جوانح ،،،


الطريقة :


بداية نضع الدهن ثم البصل ومعجون الطماطم ثم نتركه قليلا تم نضف البهارات تم نضيف الماء الساخن والبقوليات والقديد ونترك الطنجرة على نار متوسطة الحرارة الى ان تنضج البقوليات والقديد ثم نضيف الرشته وعندما تقارب الرشته على النضوج نضيف الثوم والكسبر والكراوية وعند نضوجها نضيف البقدوني والشبت , ونتركها قليلا ثم نقدمها مع شرائح الليمون الحمض اللذيذ.
