الجغوم او الحساء من الاكلات المفضله للجميع في ليالي الشتاء البارده
وخصوصاً انه سهل التحضير وبسيط في مكوناته
وهو من الاكلات الشعبيه المحبوبه والخفيفه وهو مفيد جداًوخاصه للمصابين بهشاشه العظام
والاشخاص الي عندهم كسور لان القصب يساعد علي جبر العظام
مكوناته
دقيق قصب
لبن حامض{لبن ممخوض يعني منزوع الدسم }
طماطم اخضرو فلفل وثوم وملح ويمكن استخدام الطماطم المجففه اذا كانت متوفره
بزاروكركم وفلفل احمر وحلبه محمسه مرحيه خشن ولوسه ان وجد
طماطم حكه و دهان القديد ومرق اللحم اذا توفر

الطريقه
نحط الطماطم والفلفل الخضره والثوم في ست البيت ونرحيهم
ونحطهم مع باقي المكونات في الطنجره معاده اللبن و دقيق القصب
ونصب عليهم شويه اميه [عينك ميزانك ]ونخليهم يطبخو لمده ربع ساعه
ونخلط اللبن ودقيق القصب مع بعض ونحرص اني اندوب الدقيق اكويس في اللبن
علشان ما تتكونش عندي كلاكيع ونصب الخليط في الطنجره ونحرك
لغايه ما يغلي الخليط كله ونخليه يغلي لمده خمس دقايق وانضيفله المرقه اذا حبيت ونطفي عنه
ويقدم ساخن
