بكريم سانتية وحلوى الفندان

خلوناا مع الخطوات

اولا كيكة الزبدة

كوب الاربع زبدة+كوب سكر ناعم +4 بيضات واذا صغيرة 5 بيضات +ظرف بكنج بودر
+فانيليا+2 كوب دقيق +كوب حليب

نخلط السكر والزبدة مع بعض الى ان تصير مثل الكريم

نخفق البيض والفانيليا جيداا مدة 7 دقائق او الى ان يصير لونة مائل للبياض

نضيف البيض الى خليط الزبدة والسكر ونخفقهن جيداا الى ان يندمجو مع بعض

نضيف البكنج بودر الى الدقيق ونضيفة بالتدريج الى الخليط الاول ولكن نحرك بالمظرب اليدوي

اخر خطوة نضيف كوب الحليب ونخلطهم جيداا

وهناا الخليط جاهز

ندهن الطاجين بشوي زبدة ونرشة بالدقيق ونحط فيه خليط الكيك
ندخلة للفرن على درجة حرارة 200 مدة 10 دقائق ثم نوطي الحرارة الى 150
ونتركهاا ساعة الا ربع وبعدهاا نولع الفرن من فوق للتحمير

نكون مشغلين الفرن اثناء تحضير الكيكة

كسترادة الكاكاو طريقتة نزلتهاا بالكيكة الاولي
وبعد ما يبرد تماما نضيف علية كوب كريمة
