اقدم لكم اليوم حساء القصب الصحي وطبعاً هو في الاصل صحي

بس انا عدلت في المكونات علشان ايكون مناسب للحميه والمصابين بالكلسترول

حساء القصب او الجغوم زي ماهو معروف عندنا مكوناته بسيطه

عباره عن دقيق القصب و اللبن الحامض واللبن لناس الي متعرفاش انحضرو فيه في البيت

يعني عباره عن حليب الماعز والضان يصفي و يروب وبعدين نمخضوه اي ينزع منه الدسم

ويضاف له المسحوق السحري المسمي بي الركينه ويصبح لبن حامض لذيذ وصحي

بس الي معنداش يقدر يستعمل لبن النسيم

ونرجع لباقي المكونات طماطم وفلفل اخضر وثوم

وشويه معجون طماطم وملح فلفل احمر بودره

وكركم وبزار ولوسه مرحيه طبعاً الملح لما نستعمل اللوسه بيكون اقل

وبعض حبات الحلبه المحمسه طبعاً اني نرحي فيها علشان اصغاري لو ايلاقو

حبة حلبه ايديرو عليها طبيله ويبطلو الاكل و ملعقه زيت زيتون بدل ما نستعمل الدهان او القرقوش وشويه زنجبيل مطحون

طريقته سهله نرحي الطماطم والفلفل والثوم ونحطهم علي النار مع شوية اميه باقي المكونات ما عاده

اللبن ودقيق القصب وزيت الزيتون ونخليهم يغلو شويه تقريباً ربع ساعه

وبعدين نخلط اللبن والقصب مع بعض وندوب الدقيق كويس بيش ما يكلكع

ونضيفه لطنجره مع التحريك المتمر لغاية ما تغلي نخلهم يغلو شويه ونضيف زيت الزيتون

ونطفي النار ونصبه في فنجان التقديم

ونرش علي الوجه شويه زنجبيل مطحون
