حبيباتي اقدم لكن الكيك الرخامي من مطبخي ويارب يعجيكم


المقادير
2 كوب الاربع دقيق
ظرف فانيليا
ظرف بيكنج باودر
2 بيضات
كوب لبن
نصف كوب سكر
كوب زيت ذره
2 ملعقه كبيره ممتلئه كاكاو بودره
رشة ملح




للتزيين:


توفي
جوز الهند
فستق مبروش



قبل مانبدأ اي شي نسمي بسم الله ونفتح الفرن على درجة حرارة 180


ونبدأ العمل


الطريقة:


نضع البيكنج باودر عالدقيق وننخله ونضع الباقى فى الخلاط ما عدا الكاكاو
وفى طبق واسع نضيف المقادير ونقلب وندهن صينيه بالسمن والدقيق
نحتفظ بربع الخليط فى طبق ونضيف عليه الكاكاو ونتركه جانبا
ونصب نصف الخليط الابيض فى القالب

وبعدها نضيف خليط الكاكاو


وبواسطه عود خشبي نعمل شخابيط في الخليط ( تنفع اغنية صح خخخخخ)

وندخلها نصف ساعه فى الفرن على حراره 180 لمدة نصف ساعة

بعد نضجها نترها كي تبرد


وبعدها نبدأ في

نسكب التوفي على الكيك
