حبيت نشارك بكيكة بسيطة وحلوة


وتعجبني دائماً وخاصة برمضان غالية


عليا مع القهوة


نقدمها للحبوبة ناني وان شاء الله تعجبها مشاركتي




ملاحظة : الصور لـنصف الكمية





المقادير


3 بيضات حجم متوسط


نصف كوب سكر أو أكثر حسب الرغبة >>> ولكن ناقصة سكرأفضل


نصف كوب زيت


ملعقة كبيرة بيكنغ باودر


من كوب ونصف دقيق الى كوبين دقيق حسب النوعية


ملعقة صغيرة قرفة


كوب لوز محمص مجروش


كوب ونصف تمر مقطع مكعبات >>> هنا استخدمت تمر معجون

بس قبل استخدم التمر العادي او الدقلة



ملعقة صغيرة بيكربونات الصوديوم


ربع كوب ماء مغلي




التغطية

اول مرة استخدم لها تغطية بصراحة وممكن تقدم من غير زينة


أو ترش بالسكر الناعم فقط


مقادير التغطية


استخدمت حوالي كوبين تمر


نصف كوب ماء


نصف كوب سكر أو أقل




للزينة


لوز مجروش وقليل من جوز الهند





الطريقة



اولا ننقع التمر في الماء وملعقة البيكربونات

تركتها لحتى جهزة اللوز حمسته في طاوة جافة


وفرمتها خشن بألة قطع البيتزا

ثم حضرت الكيك


وضعت البيض بصحن وحطيت عليه ملعقة فانيليا سائلة ورشة ملح


وخفقتهم باليد ما تحتاج للمضرب الكهربائي

ثم اضفت السكر ثم الزيت ثم القرفة طبعا مع الخلط



ثم أضفت اللوز والتمر ما صفيته لكن أخذته

بالشوكة فقط يعني بيضاف قليل من الماء فقط

ثم يضاف الدقيق المنخول مع بيكنغ باودر ويخلط جيداً

ثم يوضع الخليط في طاجين مدهون بالزبدة والدقيق



ويدخل للفرن الحامي مسبقا على درجة حرارة متوسطة الى منخفظة


ويترك حتى ينضج تقريبا ياخذ من 20 الى 30 دقيقة حسب الكمية طبعا ونوع الطاجين

في اثناء نضج الكيك نجهز التغليفة



نخلط المكونات مع بعضها في طنجرة ونضعها على النارونحرك


نستمر بالخلط حتى تصبح ناعمة مثل خليط الكريمة

نصفي الخليط بمصفاة حتى يكون أنعم ويسهل دهنه >> ممكن الاستغناء على هذه النقطة

ثم توضع بالثلاجة حتى تبرد وتتماسك قليلاً

لما تجهز الكيكة نتركها تبرد ثم نخرجها من الطاجين

ونقلبها >>> حسب نوع الطاجين المستخدم



اني قصيت الجزء الي كان من فوق حتى تكون القاعدة

مسطحة ثم قلبتها ووضعتها بصحن التقديم

ثم بديت نغلف في الكيكة بخليط التمر وطرحته كويس

ثم رشيتها باللوز المجروش بخطوط عرضية مائلة قليلاً


ثم وزعت جوز الهند كمية بسيطة فقط لكسر اللون بين خطوط اللوز


ممكن تستغني عنه

طبعا المفروض نحطها بالثلاجة حتى تتماسك اكثر لكن لغرض التصوير



قصيت جزء منه حتى تشوفوه لأني بنقدمها غذاً باذن الله هدية لزوجي

والي تبيها غليظة تحطها في طاجين أصغر
